1. General Policy

By purchasing any service or product from StudyMantra Publication, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of digital publishing, academic services, and customized work, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Book Publication Services

Once the publication process has started, including but not limited to:

  • Manuscript review
  • Editing
  • Formatting
  • Cover design
  • ISBN allocation
  • DOI registration
  • Typesetting
  • Printing preparation

the payment made for these services is non-refundable.

If a project is canceled by the author before any work has commenced, a refund request may be considered after deducting applicable administrative and processing charges.

3. Research Paper Publication Services

Payments made for:

  • Journal publication assistance
  • Research paper processing
  • Submission support
  • Editorial services
  • Plagiarism checking
  • DOI services

are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The journal rejects the manuscript due to quality issues or policy violations.
  • The author decides to withdraw the manuscript after submission.
  • Publication timelines are affected by third-party journals or indexing agencies.

4. Digital Products

Digital products including but not limited to:

  • E-books
  • Downloadable PDFs
  • Reports
  • Certificates
  • Digital study materials

are non-refundable once access, download, or delivery has been provided.

5. Printed Books

For printed books purchased through our website:

  • Refund or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Replacement may be provided only if the book received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Customers may be required to provide photographs or evidence of the issue.

No refund or replacement will be provided for damage caused after delivery.

6. Duplicate Payments

In case a customer is charged multiple times for the same transaction, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method after verification.

7. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted from your account but the transaction remains unsuccessful, the amount is usually refunded automatically by the payment gateway or bank within 5–10 business days.

If the refund is not received within this period, please contact us with the transaction details.

8. Cancellation Requests

Once work has begun on any customized service, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
